Review
Lovely place to stay in Trinidad and very close to the city center. Neisy and Jorge are friendly and very helpful. food is delicious / e.g. Jorge's lobster. Rooms are clean and lage. We strongly recommend to taste one or several of Jorge's fantastic cocktails. They have their own private bar in the casa.

We loved our stay at Neisy and Jorges casa. 5 stars! Good hosts and felt really welcome and safe. The food was excellent! They help you if you need anything. Nice roof terrace! :D

Review
There is not doubt that the Hostal is beautiful but the owner is quick to remind you of his "experience in the hotel industry" and he uses that to force uninformed visitors to agree to overpriced accommodations. If you are tying to experience Cuban Culture you should definitely stay at a hostel but avoid Hostels like Mr. Jorge.

This casa is so wonderful it is hard to imagine! We stayed here after driving from Havana and were very tired when getting to the casa. Neisy was, however, a great hostess and we were so warmly welcomed by both Jorge and Neisy and the casa felt like an oasis in the middle of everything! The terrace shown on the picture is wonderful and a pool is being built in and is almost done!!
We had the best food here that we had in the whole of Cuba (even better than at the five star resort we stayed at on Cayo Coco)!!! The lobster was fantastic and the fish as well. Everything was fresh and had a great taste. Jorge is a fantastic cook and his drinks are fabulous too :)
The location of the casa was of course very good as well and they even offered us parking in a garage!
I would warmly recommend this place to anyone as it was such a great experience and I would love to go back again (especially when the pool is finished;))!!

How was your room?: The room was very specious and clean! The bathroom was very nice as well, looked like it had just been renovated!
How was the food they offer?: SUPER!! The best in Cuba!
Other services they offer: They helped with everything and we were pleased with all their services. including parking, dricing directions, drinks, food, good musice etc.!

Cozy place to stay in Trinidad. 10 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Hosts are friendly. The terrace on the second floor is under open sky and is a very nice place to drink coctails and smoke cigars. Breakfast and dinner were quite tasty and plentiful. Room was clean and quite big.

It were enjoyable days in Trinidad with Jorge & Neisy
Real nice people in this casa, Neisy is a tophostess and Jorge the Masterchef: breakfast, lunch(pasta sefood or hamburguesa), dinner(Lobster), Mojitos & Daiquiris everything at his service.
Everything freshly extracted.
Here you lack for nothing.
All famous places, including Casa de la Musica (live Music!), Casa De la Trova, the Plaza Mayor also Cadeca for CUC & Internet are nearby. Just round the corner.
For beach at Brisas (Ancon beach), you will be charged and collected, bring water shoes if you're entering the sea or to Mirador de la Vale / sugar plantation / Nature Park Collantes.
Trinidad is a very nice cosy place with a Super Casa Jorge & Neisy (food & cocktailgarden, roof terrace to enjoy the sunset, very soon a pool to enjoy), a casa with all the trimmings (mainly service).

The casa was so good that we stayed there for 6 nights. Good rooms, good food and very friendly hosts! A big, big roofterrace and a cozy patio!5 minutes walk to the old center of Trinidad and only 12 km from the beautiful beach Ancon. Easy to get there with a (coco)taxi.

This casa is really a perfect place to stay! Just 5 minutes walk to the old center of Trinidad.Jorge and Neisy are very friendly and know exactely what a guest needs: a good bed, a good bathroom, a good drink and good food! Their hospitalety is amazing, always friendly and in a good mood. Neisy speaks good english, so you can communicate!

Very nice very cheap house with two spacious private rooms.
We slept in a room with four of us.
My car was parked in the garage.
10 minutes walk from downtown.
Jorge can cook and Neisy made the most delicious desserts
The private pool will be completed in September 2010

Very good hosts, warm and friendly without being overbearing. Neisy fetched us at the bus station. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Excellent presentation of food and of course very tasty.

I stayed in Trinidad at Jorge and Neisy Casa. The casa is just wonderful. The house is very beautiful the rooms are very nice and the food is excellent. Jorge is cooking very very well and i believe it was the best food that i eat during my vacations at Cuba. There are very friendly and also Sra Neisy speaks English. Is very central located and very easy to found it. If you stay at that Casa you probably think that you are staying in 5 star hotels.

Mendez is an ex chef and bar tender so the food and mojitos were the best we had during our whole stay in Cuba.
They don't have a website but there are two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a lovely courtyard plus roof terrace to have meals in or sit and relax. It's spotlessly clean and Mendez and Neisy are very charming and helpful hosts.
I spent all my free time in Trinidad and since I got to know this city and fall in love with it, I live in a "casa particular" whose owners are simply wonderful.
I see that there are some beautiful recommended houses in this site, I heartily recommend enlisting the house of my friends: they have a lovely terrace where one can have delicious dinners and mojitos, looking at the sunset towards the sea. But all the comforts are nothing compared to the familiar and warm hospitality. All the people to whom I recommend this house come back over and over again!!
Its in a very central location too 5 minutes walk from the conservation area of Trinidad.
