Lovely building and room. Angel was very welcoming, even managing to rustle up a hearty breakfast at 06.30. Definitely stay for dinner and try the tomato sauce, it's worth it! Only negative was the shower, it was really just a trickle of cold water.

How was your room?: Big, full of antiques which really added to the atmosphere
How was the food they offer?: As with any Cuban casa, there was plenty of food. Try the tomato sauce
Other services they offer: Angel had many guidebooks available for those unsure of how to explore Santa Clara.

Very nice, clean, modern and very good food! The owner was very friendly and helpful, the casa is located centrally in Santa Clara and the atmosphere was great.

How was the food they offer?: we stayed 2 weeks in Cuba and Casa Hostal Florida probably served us the best meals we had on our trip.
Other services they offer: mini bar, they will help you around Santa Clara if you need it
Other comments: Great! if we go back to Santa Clara we will definetly stay at Hostal Florida!

Friendly casa with a beautiful patio. Helpful and enthusiastic hosts.

How was your room?: We stayed at the neighbours' house because Casa Florida was full. Nevertheless we had a nice Cuban-like dinner in the patio of Casa Florida between orchids and turtles.
How was the food they offer?: The usual Cuban menu, nice prepared and large portions.
Other services they offer: Situated in the centre, close to city centre and the coppelia ice-cream salon.
Other comments: Visit the open-air Casa de la Musica!

Review
A gorgeous house, but not reliable for reservations. Do not trust that you will be staying in this house, and do not accept the offer to be placed in a relative's house. You will be disappointed.
Casa style: Elegant, Colonial, Romantic,
Other comments: They seem to have a reputation for not honouring their reservations here.
* Note Pototo: Georgina was confused, she didn't make a reservation for Casa Hostal Florida Center but for another casa particular, so Florida Center did not have a reservation on her name in their agenda

Super House, the rooms are big, high ceilings, art deco style. The patio is great and feels like being in the country side. The food served was super (the best we had in Cuba) for good money value.
