My review: This was one of our best casa's we had during our 3-weeks stay in Cuba. Fine room (two separate beds which can be moved), nicely decocrated en the best hot shower we expierenceed. Ernesto speaks perfectly English (which was a pleasure for us as we really underestimated the need of speaking Spanish). For breakfast we had pancakes with delicious chocolatecream and good strong black coffee. Almost a pitty that they don't serve dinners. Although there is a wonderful paladar at the corner of the street. Notice that beside this room they also have an appartment for rent.

Eva y Ernesto Santa Clara
My review: The best casa in Santa Clara. Totally private apartment with very helpful hosts. For a description of the casa read the other reviews. It's basically a small apartment for the price of a regular casa.

La Casa de Eva y Ernesto
My review: I rented the Apartment which has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, a bedroom, a balcony and a terrace. The place is very tastefully decorated and super clean, the shower is great hot water and lots of pressure. Ernesto and Eva are wonderful people and are very helpful Unlike other casas which try to push you to eat breakfast and dinner, they are really relaxed about this. If you want to cook, they will advice you on where you can buy stuff. They were also very helpful with information about Santa Clara - not just the usual tourist spots but places that are not mentioned in the guides - like local restaurant and Bars. The casa is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, a few blocks from the parque vidal and very close to parque carmen.
I can say with confidence that it was one of the best casas in Cuba and it was great to have the privacy which the apartment offers.

Casa Ernesto Garcia Cuellar/Eva Sarrano Remedios
Fantastic casa about 5 minute walk from Parque Vidal,at centre of Santa Clara. Both Ernesto and Eva are extremely friendly good hosts and Ernesto has excellent english. The room was spacious and very clean with ensuite bathroom. The food was excellent. Strongly recommended
